The Great Race

Synopsis

Pocoyo and Elly are riding there cars but they want to know who is fast so they have a race. Pato starts the race with the narrator by saying "Ready, steady, go!" Pocoyo and Elly race neck to neck together. They speed past Sleepy bird's tree and wake her up. She then joins the race. Elly takes the lead until she gets stuck in the sand. Pocoyo leaves her behind, luckily, she pulls herself out using a nearby palm tree leaf. Pocoyo starts sweating and takes a pit stop and eats ice cream but stops and continues when Elly zooms by and eats the ice cream. They are neck to neck again until Pocoyo hits a rock and crashes his car. Elly falls off her scooter. Pocoyo laughs until Elly reveals that both the car and scooter has broken into pieces. Worst yet, they are so close to the finish line. They later on think of a way to make a new vehicle using their bits by putting a piece of the car and scooter together. They use their car-ooter to finish the race. They think they've both won the race, until Pato reveals it was actually Sleepy Bird. Oh well, it isn't really about winning. It is really all about the fun and who they've raced with. They both celebrate, while Pato looks grumpy.
