"A Mystery Most Puzzling" is the tenth episode of Pocoyo, written by Pippin Parker and first broadcast on June 6th 2005.

Synopsis

Pocoyo has to follow the clues in a series of photographs to work out who's got the camera.

Plot

The Narrator greets Pocoyo and notices that he has a camera. Pocoyo takes a picture of a golden apple tree. He wants to take another picture, but the tree is the only thing there is as far as his eyes can see. Then, an apple drops from the tree. Pocoyo picks it up and is about to take a photo of it when his camera isn't where he puts it. Whoever has taken the camera is playing games with Pocoyo by sending photos for clues to find out who has the camera.

Pocoyo's first clue is a pink foot. Loula passes through, and Pocoyo decides to investigate her, only to find that her paw doesn't match the foot in the photo.

The second clue is a set of pink wheels. Pato is seen riding on his skateboard. Pocoyo stops Pato to check on the wheels of the skateboard, but they don't match the ones on the photo either.

The last clue is a blue backpack, and the Narrator recalls someone who owns a blue backpack. Pocoyo however doesn't remember. In the end, Elly reveals herself to be the one who has the camera. The episode ends with a cropped picture of Pocoyo's friends.

Trivia

• This is the second episode where the Narrator plays with Pocoyo alone.
• Interestingly, a full grown apple is almost as big as Pocoyo's body. This hints that Pocoyo is rather smaller than an average four-year-old.
• The Narrator mentions a scooter, while the clue is only a set of wheels.
